At every stage in their lives, baby boomers have broken the script and started anew. At present, the beginners of these age group legions are within the reach of the retiring age of 65. As per several experts and futuristic predictors, the ageing baby boom intimidates the economic future and health care system of America (Goldsmith, 2008).As the baby boomers are nearing the retirement age, there are various apprehensions that necessitate being concentrated on, predominantly in the region of healthcare.

In fact, there seems to be no simple solution to the healthcare challenges that baby boomers and the people in common are going to face in the near future. There are several causes for the healthcare industry to face problems when baby boomers start to give up work and start on to require enduring care services. When baby boomers give up work a dual challenge is developed. Primarily, they're going to be a shortage of nurses, for the reason that baby boomers make up large portion of the existing nursing workforce. The second reason is that as baby boomers, 28% of the inhabitants, retire as they need additional healthcare as a constituent of the ageing process.
