The paper "Using Technology as Experience Framework" is a worthy example of a term paper on information technology. It is no longer considered sufficient to produce a computer system that is effective, flexible, learnable, and satisfying to use and it must now also be useful in the lives of those using it. Client experience framework perceives that all human encounters are all-encompassing and social, and are embodied an equalization of sensual, cerebral, and emotional "threads." The client experience system is based on the objective of sense-making: that is, bringing together the diverse strings of a circumstance. The full system incorporates four strings that include; compositional, arousing, enthusiastic and Spatio-temporal and six relating sense-production components of connecting, anticipation, interpretation, translating, appropriating and describing (Wright 2003).

How Web User Interfaces Help Donors Make Decisions. The web user interface is the interaction point between the user of the site and the services or the information being displayed by the user and the website. The Boston Gives website is a site that enables users to lo-gin and searches for projects that they can support in their geographical areas. The factors that help donors make decisions on the site are: Straightforward, clear interface: As a matter of first importance, a straightforward, clear interface will empower the giver to choose what to do on the site—whether it is giving cash, hunting down activities focused around geographic area or cause, or logging into their profile.

This site also integrates all information and news on the various projects throughout the whole donation process. Engaging: The site has a tell a story section that will represent user experience and this empowers other donors to make sense of the donations. The user interface of the site presents stories in forms of images, audio, text, short videos, and multiple combinations. Feedback and transparency: The site maintains open lines of communication between the site and the donors. It also has two feedback mechanism of project progress updates, raised money status bar and the support still needed.

Multiple projects: This displays many projects on the site that will give the donors options to choose from. This enables full engagement of the donors on the project since they have an option of supporting a specific initiative. Emotional Thread Versus Emotional Design Model Emotional thread and emotional design model are related since they are both involved with the client's response to the experience and how it makes them feel. Case in point, the contributor may feel propelled to have any kind of effect by going to a fund-raising event.

This can lead her to be angered at the level of neediness in her neighborhood and therefore may feel glad to be doing something to help, or she may feel baffled in light of the fact that the association is attempting to "offer" itself by means of a flashy interface. This experience may also be manifested through online stories on the web site. Compositional thread is used in the relaying of the user's stories and narratives of their various experiences. In the web sites, the stories may be told through images, audio, text, short video or a combination of all these media forms (Wallace 2005).

Product Evaluation Criteria In order to effectively analyze a product to determine its effectiveness as per the user experience, the factors to consider are; The display of user experience stories on the website. How the facts and figure are presented of the donation as these raises confidence in donors. Use of a simple user interface that allows ease of navigation and use. The dynamism of the site in its elements like photos, videos, audio and design of color, fonts and general layout. The display and handling of vital information like the payment systems used.

Conclusion Applying the client experience framework to web fund-raising has enabled associations to have an open door to recount a propelling story to potential donors. The elements of narrating, proper emotional triggers, and an inviting web user interface like the one Boston Gives encourages donors to make donations, volunteering their time, telling their companions or going to a related occasion. Associations and the connection a user feels by visiting the site is what makes the online donation experience pleasurable for the client.
