SELF I will do this by developing their self-esteem, hugging, and patting them on the back and helping children feel secure. I will make them smile when they engage in games or during my lessons in class. They think they are people of value in society and teach them to value one another. In my opinion, all children need self-esteem to develop their social and emotional connection. As a teacher, I will ensure that they interact to the fullest and create a real relationship between them. I think that a good teacher must respect students and understand their needs.

Creating groups will bring all students together and enable them to know each other’s strengths and weaknesses. I aim to be positive at all times and be a role model for my students. SOCIAL When students in and outside the classroom, it will develop them both socially and emotionally. It is Competency Statement III. I will group them according to the character and mix the gender so that they fully understand the goals of education. They will grow to be responsible citizens and members of society.

My focus will be on how they behave as individuals and in their respective groups. When they develop lousy behavior or disrespect their colleagues, I will teach them self control. My goal as a teacher will be to unite adults and children and show them how to relate with one another positively. They need to show compassion to one another to make a good society that grows together. All teachers have the responsibility to encourage children to be wise in the way they approach social issues and relate to one another.

One of the methods is to group them so that they can get used to working as a united team. Some of the activities which unite children include playing syllabus related games that enable them to grasp school content. All students must take part in these games because it is the only way they can understand their colleagues and the teacher. When the teacher communicates well, and his friendly, students learn to work similarly. GUIDANCE When it comes to guiding the children, I will enhance their social and emotional connection by teaching them to make the right decisions.

Self-control and discipline must be part of their life if they wish to advance academically and socially. They will have to be slow in approaching everyday problems in classroom activities and society at large. I will also show them the importance of kindness towards their fellows and grown-ups. They will learn to be independent and free from minor errors that limit their social growth. I will guide them appropriately to ensure they grow into wise members of society. I will give them the help they need to reach individual growth, which is also suitable for the development of society.

I will include other teachers and parents to come up with more methods to improve my teaching. Being consistent in my approach will enforce the learning process and strengthen them psychologically. They will be able to handle everyday life with the intelligence it deserves. CSIIIa: I encourage teachers to take responsibility to educate students from a young age and shape their social and emotional being. The young ones must feel secure and loved by older people. When we teach them to live life accordingly, they value all people equally.

They also develop self-worth and learn to treat everyone right without discrimination. I will treat them gently to enable them to understand the importance of following rules. Consistency is critical in the teaching and learning process. It keeps children focused on academic and social goals. They become aware of their mistakes and the role they play in society. When children know that society values them keeps, they think positively, and that sets them on the right track. They learn that society depends on them for progress at the moment and the days to come.

Feeling they are accepted gives them confidence and develops them both socially and emotionally. CSIIIb: I believe that offering guidance to children to develop them positively refers to being friendly and a good role model. Love and understanding are essential for children to develop into wise members of society. When the teacher remains consistent, the children’s behavior improves, and they work to prove their teacher right. They grow in confidence and feel free to express their ideas in and outside the classroom.

I learned a lot from my mother, and that built my confidence and self-esteem. I have taught many students and guided them to embrace reality and change positively when they need to change. I reward good behavior for encouraging them to stay positive in life. I also teach them that social skills enable them to fit and influence society in a positive way.
