There will be 8 children enrolled aged from newborn to 9 years old. The rate for our service is $4 per child per hour. We will maintain whatever level of organization and patients puts us closest to increasing revenue and decreasing costs (Naidu 2008).

Financial AnalysisApproximate operating costs will be about $13,000. Subtract that from our revenue of $48,000 and we are left with about $35,000 per year. Following Allison Toney's paradigm for success, we will outsource skills wherever necessary to maintain smooth operation (Naidu 2008).
