To achieve these objectives, an organization needs to employ the right group of candidates for its different job functions. In this sense, job seekers and job providers all around the globe always do their best to satisfy their respective company requirements. On this regard, this paper provides a well-analyzed set of information on the importance of three unique skills in different job positions. These are communication, leadership and teamwork skills. The targeted audience for this paper includes the whole group of global job seekers, students in different faculties of study, human resource heads and research professionals (Hoyle, 2011). Introduction In the current constantly advancing business world, securing the right job specifications for different job seekers has been a very crucial subject of concern in the day-to-day operations of most organizations. Job providers and other human resource professionals are fighting tooth and nail to ascertain that they create job opportunities that are satisfactory both to the job seekers and to the achievement of organization goals. In essence, to succeed in most of the current job criteria, it is crucial that one has considerable set of skills. These are communication, leadership and teamwork skills. On this regard, this paper lays major emphasis on the importance of the aforementioned skills in promoting one’s ability to deliver the best in a particular job via an account of the Ninja WIKI site (Hoyle, 2011). In simple terms, a job entails an area of service where an individual has to use his or her level of expertise to achieve the pre defined organization goal, specifically in that particular section. Additionally and most importantly, one is always better placed if he has excellent communication, leadership and teamwork skills. To be precise, human resource professionals have attributed the aforementioned skills as the focal point to a wide set of job entry and performance requirements (Hoyle, 2011). According to a thorough research on the Ninja Wiki website, a job position such as that of a General Manager is always an excellent one both in terms of payment and also of great importance in the success of a company. In this job, it has been well learnt that communication, leadership and teamwork are fundamental requirements for one to be considered. On this regard, the findings of this study provide a bird’s eye of view of the fact that most job seekers need to have these skills (Hoyle, 2011). To be precise, in almost all the job functions that were analyzed, it was seen that the targeted candidate must have all these skills. That is, the three skills have proved to be fundamental requirements in all the studied job specifications. These jobs included a General Manager, Human Resource Manager, Warehouse Supervisor and Administrative assistant. In all these job positions, it was clear that every candidate was required to have the three crucial skills. Three Skills Specific Pages It is vital to note that each of the three transferable skills are very important in the consideration of a candidate for a particular job position. Firstly, the leadership skill plays a very huge role in ensuring that a candidate gives the best in satisfying the requirements of a particular job function. In essence, with the leadership skills, one always has the sense of responsibility in ensuring that he works closely with fellow employees to achieve the final organization goal. Secondly, on communication skills, a candidate is expected to have characteristics such as the ability to listen critically, excellent interpersonal communication and fluent in writing and speaking an official language. Lastly but certainly not the least, teamwork skills act as the building block to ensuring that a company thrives in meeting the predefined goals.
