In the present world of today, information and communication technology is being rated as one of the basic requirements for the success of business organizations. The organization all across the globe are providing increased focus on having state – of – the – art information technology infrastructure and architecture.In order to reap due advantage from information technology, the business houses of all sizes of the world are providing increased focus upon information and communication technology.

Information and communication technology helps the organization that has implemented it to “store, retrieve, manipulate, transmit or receive information electronically in a digital form” (tutor2u, n.d.).
